POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide guests with a positive initial experience at the Clay Center.
This experience is created by providing guests with accurate event information, assisting them in purchasing/picking up tickets to Clay Center events as well as daily museum admission, assisting with customer service matters that may arise, and performing opening procedures and end of day reporting for the Box Office.
This position interacts with a variety of constituents and works with all other staff of the Clay Center to maintain a high level of guest service.
Employee may occasionally oversee Box Office operations in the absence of the Guest Services Manager and Assistant Guest Services Manager.
Employee must exercise some independent judgment and initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.
00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.
