**This is a remote position**
Candidates that wish to work from home are required to have:
DSL or Fiber internet connection
Webcam for training and continuous coaching
Own a desktop and/or laptop computer (Macs, Notebooks, Chromebooks are NOT compatible with our software)
PC must have Windows 10 or 11 w/ 8GB+ of RAM, Intel i5 8th gen processor or newer (i7/i9 also acceptable) or AMD Ryzen 5 3000 series+ processor (AMD Ryzen 7/9 also acceptable), and 200 GB Hard Drive or SSD
Quiet area set up with no distractions or loud noises
FIRST PHASE
Phone interview - duration 5 - 10 minutes
SECOND PHASE
Face-to-face phone interview
ONSITE TRAINING/REMOTE
5 day PAID training class
NO weekend training

REQUIRED HOURS
Must be able to work one weekend day, will be assigned a weekday off
40 hours per week for Full Time with opportunity for OT (scheduled 8hrs daily)
Evening shift availability required
Must exhibit excellent punctuality and reliability in regards to work schedule
Shift(s) available:
9am – 5:30pm
10am – 6:30pm
11am 7:30pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively able to handle continuous flow of inbound calls (80-120 calls per shift)
Comprehend customer's requests for rental services
Proactively assisting customers' basic needs and problem solving
Ability to multi-task and possess active listening skills
Utilize excellent spelling and grammatical skills to relay written messages as necessary
Accepting payments via phone
Assisting prospective customers and upselling services
Offering customer support via Live Chat
Performing other duties as needed and assigned by supervisor
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma
Associate's Degree is a PLUS
Bilingual is a PLUS
Storage Facility experience is a PLUS
Call Center Experience is a PLUS (inbound/outbound)
Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally, and fluently
Have good Patience -Attentiveness - Clear Communication - Effective Listening, with each customer interaction
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM
6 months+ in customer service role
Experience working with a PC and be able to maneuver multiple screens simultaneously

COMPENSATION/PAYROLL SCHEDULE
Variable compensation
Base pay starts at $15 per hour and can earn up to $22 per hour
Additional Performance BONUS Pay $$$ EACH MONTH
Hourly rate is determined based upon performance during each pay period, please ask for details during interview
Semi monthly - check dates 15th and Last day of the month
1st - 15th is paid on the last day of that month
16th - last day of the month is paid on the 15th of the following month
