The Visual Merchandising Assistant provides showroom, stockroom and administrative support to ensure that each guest has an exceptional experience.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and showroom appearance to help each store achieve its volume and financial objectives.
This involves assistance with inventory receipt and reporting, merchandise care, tagging, visual merchandising, inventory reporting and facility maintenance.
*Administrative tasks and floor support duties: *
· Assist in executing visually appealing, well-balanced store product displays.
Implement changes consistent with the store’s layout plan, customer demands and product focus.
Communicate with each location about new product placement, floor moves and RLA replenishment.
Rearrange and move display furniture as needed.
· Create, execute and audit product tagging and skus.
Create and upload point of purchase (POP) tags, configuration sheets and banners.
· Reserve and track market orders for floor samples using the Delivery Status report.
Forecast new arrivals using the undelivered report.
Unreserve products and allocate inventory to its new location.
Monitor transfers MTO’s.
Assist with velocity evaluations by category to determine monthly shipments.
· Distribute NPIS (new product info sheets) and verify information boards are up to date.
· Monitor aged and discontinued products.
Prepare and verify clearance pricing for discontinued floor samples.
Execute status changes and tagging for each location.
· Assist in cataloging damaged goods, completing the damaged goods report and processing items for return.
· Develop high levels of knowledge on all Company products, promotions and store functions.
Create social media posts for new arrivals and clearance items.
· Organize the stockroom and maintain its cleanliness.
· Provide merchandise carry-out service for customers as needed.
· Adhere to the Company’s safety procedures and guidelines.
· Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.

Pay: $15.
