```Overview:
We are seeking experienced Commercial and Residential Roofers to join our team.
As a Commercial/Residential Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on commercial and residential buildings.
This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential roofs
- Inspect roofs for damage and identify necessary repairs
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new materials
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Install insulation and vapor barriers
- Apply roofing materials using various techniques such as hot asphalt, torches, or adhesives, asphalt shingles, residential/commercial metal.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and industry standards
- Clean up debris and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Commercial/Residential Roofer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work at heights
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
